Please avoid ordering multiple sizes just to try them on.
This not only helps us but also benefits the environment. However, if your desired item doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it, we will, of course, exchange it as quickly as possible or refund your purchase.
In this case, just send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods to:
Please include a short explanation of why you wish to return the item. If the product is damaged and it wasn’t caused by you, kindly attach a clear photo showing the issue.
Make sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
Here’s a guideline for reference:
- Product is too small / too large
- Product is damaged
- I don’t like the product
- Delayed delivery
- Wrong item received
- Other reasons (please describe as precisely as possible)
Once we receive your email and review the case, we will send you a follow-up email with the next steps.

Please note: The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
However, if the return is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., manufacturing defect, wrong product sent, etc.), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
Important: The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn & unwashed). If this is not the case, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
